Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify how your plan compensates for Out of Network psychotherapy services. I always recommend calling before your first appointment so there are no surprises down the road. If we are out of network, you will need to pay out of pocket for services. We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company.
To get started, please complete the New Appointment Request Form. This form will help us gather pertinent information about you to get the process started. You should have your health insurance information handy, as we will need to verify your mental health benefits. If you have specific questions, we would love to chat with you! After we verify your information, we will schedule your initial session to begin services. You will receive a text and email reminder for the appointment and an email with intake forms. These forms MUST be filled out 24hrs before your session. The first session will feel like you are doing most of the talking but it helps to build our foundation. First impressions are everything, right? This is also a time where you will get to know your therapist. This session establishes the roadmap for our ongoing sessions. Your therapist will work to understand your needs and to help you establish your goals as they are the leading force in your treatment.
This is where the work begins! We understand that life happens and changes from moment to moment. In your ongoing sessions we will continually assess your needs, progress, and goals.
We prioritize our clients by holding space exclusively for each person we see. When clients cancel within 24 hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.
Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice and no call no shows will result in a charge of $50.
If you are not in-network with any of the listed insurance plans, you can pay out-of-pocket for services. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate from our intake team related to what you are expected to pay for six months of services to decrease any surprise billing.
